Thomas Cook was a graduate of Buena High School in Ventura, California in 1986. Thomas played varsity football and baseball, and was the student athlete of the year in 1986.
In 1990, Thomas Cook graduated with a political science degree from Occidental College. He was also a member and officer of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity from 1987 to 1990 and on the student political advisory board from 1989 to 1990.
In 1993, Mr. Cook graduated from Whittier Law School. He was a member of Phi Alpha Delta fraternity from 1991 to 1993, and studied abroad in England at the London Center Notre Dame Law School in 1992. From 1992 to 1993 Mr. Cook clerked at the Ventura County District Attorney's Office and was assigned to civil asset forfeiture, DUI, and drug enforcement.
From 1994 to 1997 Attorney Thomas C. Cook worked at Laughlin Associates in Carson City as General Counsel, and as a registered lobbyist for the Nevada Association of Independent Businesses.
From 1997 to current, Securities Attorney Thomas C. Cook has had his own law firm specializing in Securities Law, and has acted as legal counsel for several companies that provide services in these areas.
In 2015, Thomas Cook was the President of App Swarm, Inc. a start-up company.
Throughout his career Securities Attorney Thomas C. Cook has taken over 50 companies public as their lead counsel.
Scott Bryce was born in 1965 in New Orleans, and was a resident until 1976. At the age of 9 Scott cut lawns for several customers. In 4th Grade Scott qualified for the Resource Center at Mildred Osborne Elementary which was a gifted program that required an IQ in the top 1% for acceptance.
In 1976, Scott Bryce moved to Sterling Heights, Michigan and was a paperboy for the Macomb Daily newspaper, and took a 25 customer paper route to over 120 customers, and qualified for the contest trip to Disney World that year. He also cut lawns and shoveled snow for many of his customers. In 1977, Scott Bryce did 23 pull-ups and broke the record for Sterling Junior High School.
In 1978, Scott Bryce moved to Lima, Ohio. During his Junior year of High School in 1982, Scott was accepted into the Westinghouse Science Honors Institute Program. This program was exclusively dedicated to the top Physics and Chemistry students in West Central Ohio. Scott Bryce was also a member of the Marching Band throughout all four years of High School. Scott graduated from Shawnee High School, Lima, Ohio in 1983.
From 1983 to 1985 Mr. Bryce attended the University of Wisconsin and majored in chemical engineering and played in the marching and varsity band. From 1985 to 1987 Mr. Bryce attended Penn State University and majored in chemical engineering with a minor in metallurgical engineering, and was a tutor in economics.
While attending college Mr. Bryce was a member of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs. Scott had a chemical engineering internship at Procter and Gamble, worked as a technician for RCA, and Celotex Corporation.
In 1988, Mr. Bryce started an insurance agency in Scranton, PA specializing in health insurance. He expanded his insurance agency in 1992 and formed Complete Brokerage Services, Inc. hiring employees, and at one time brokering out 23 insurance companies while managing 254 agents at its' peak. Mr. Bryce led the state in personal sales for various insurance companies throughout his 15 year career in the insurance business.
From 1994 to 1996 Mr. Bryce became series 6 and 63 licensed to sell mutual funds through Fortis Financial Group and was exclusively in charge of managing agents in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
In 1996, Scott attended Harvey Houkin's day trading school in Montvale, NJ and managed money for himself and a few high net worth private clientele.
In 2000, Mr. Bryce became a hedge fund manager, and started concentrating his efforts in the securities field working with high net worth individuals.
In 2001, Mr. Bryce moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and co-founded Custom Fund Group, Inc. a firm that formed and developed hedge funds, he also co-founded Financial Administrators, Inc. a firm that ran the back office operations for hedge funds.
From 2001-2006 Mr. Bryce formed entities in Nevada and acted as a resident agent for about 20 clients, and from 2002 to 2003 was a loan officer and did several loans.
In 2002-2009, Mr. Bryce founded Financial Investment Consultants, LLC, and from 2004-2009 Financial Investment Consultants, LLC became registered as an investment advisor with the state of Nevada.
From 2004-2008, Mr. Bryce was an introducing broker for IFX markets and FXCM specializing in forex.
From 2005-2008, Mr. Bryce was on the board of an insurance company National Transportation Risk Retention Group, Inc., and from 2006-2008 served as secretary of National Transportation Corporation.
From 2008-2010, Mr. Bryce was a Commodity Trading Advisor.
From 2013-2016, Mr. Bryce served as a board member for the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association Las Vegas Chapter and was also on the Big 10 committee.
From 2016 to current Mr. Bryce is the head stock and option trader for Global Reserve Partners, LLC.
From 2016 to current Mr. Bryce is the head stock and option trader for Neptune Fund, LLC.
From 2018 to current Mr. Bryce is an Authorized Member of Strategy System Management, LLC which is the Manager of Strategy System Partners, LLC a stock and option hedge fund.
Mr. Bryce has been self-employed since 1988 to current. Mr. Bryce has structured over 50 hedge funds for various hedge fund managers and law firms, ran the back office operations for almost all of them, and has been on the management team of several hedge funds in the past. Mr. Bryce in the past and currently acts as a hedge fund consultant to 2 law firms providing services for the formation and development of hedge funds, and all services regarding back office operations and the administration of hedge funds.
